Bristol Rugby 10-32 Northampton Saints, Ashton Gate
Scorecard

Northampton ran four tries against Bristol at the Ashton Gate Stadium to secure a painless 10-32 win during the Aviva Premiership clash on Sunday.

The game was all but finished by the end of the first-half when the visitors took a considerable lead of 22 points. Things ended pretty even-stevens in the second-half with each team scoring a converted try as the visitors cruised home comfortably.

Wing George North (8), number eight Louis Picamoles (15), wing Ken Pisi (21) and replacement hooker Mikey Haywood (79) contributed to the visitors try tally.

Fly-half Stephen Myler made two out of three conversions in addition to scoring a couple of penalties, while his replacement Harry Mallinder made the final conversion.

Hooker Ross McMillan (50) was the lone try scorer for the hosts, while fly-half Tusi Pisi successfully converted McMillan's try apart from scoring a penalty.

The win has now positioned Saints fourth in the points table with six points beside their name from two games, whereas Bristol having lost both their games are placed next-to-last.
