We take a look at the top performers from this weekend's 6 Nations matches and showcase the British & Irish Lions contenders.

15 Stuart Hogg (Scotland) - His third outting in our XV, offering a consistent attacking threat, intelligent decisions, great hands to put Visser over.

14 Elliot Daly (England) - Finding plenty of form in a relatively new position, showed his lightning pace to score his third England try.

13 Garry Ringrose (Ireland) - First appearance in our XV but about time, his footwork is exemplary, finding space in both the tight and expansive exchanges with 15 carries.

12 Alex Dunbar (Scotland) - Another fine performance from a key part of the Scottish backline, kept Henshaw and co. out through the middle. 7 turnovers in 3 games, top stats.

11 Tim Visser (Scotland) - Big game from the Harlequin, a healthy 3 defenders beaten and 3 clean breaks. Took his try well, along with saving a try at the other end.

10 Johnny Sexton (Ireland) - Tip of the hat to Finn Russell also. Brilliant game management from the Irishman, wouldn't of known he's been out for a couple of months.

9 Conor Murray (Ireland) - Showed his accuracy with the boot, as well as his elusiveness around the park. Got his name on the scoreboard too.

8 Ryan Wilson (Scotland) - Most carries and metres made from either pack, with 17 and 41m respectively. Constantly making dents against a prolific Welsh back-row.

7 Hamish Watson (Scotland) - It's tough to stamp your pressence in such a clossal match, especially off the bench, Watson did it with relative ease proving a menace at the breakdown.

6 Courtney Lawes (England) - Packed down at 6... Showed his athleticism in attack and defence, gained valuable metres when Italy looked to take a foot hold. Neat offload in the build-up for Daly's try.

5 Jonny Gray (Scotland) - Both Gray brothers put in a noteworthy shift against Wales, but plaudits to Jonny going toe-to-toe with veteran Alun Wynn Jones and coming out on top.

4 Joe Launchbury (England) - Another barn-storming performance from the Wasps second row, deservedly taking another Man of the Match accolade.

3 Tadh Furlong (Ireland) - Continues to impress in the loose, solid at set peice and a constant threat with ball in hand...route one!

2 Ken Owens (Wales) - Another industrious shift from the Welsh hooker, carrying as robustly as usual, high work rate.

1 Jack McGrath (Ireland) - The Irish props are back from Week 1, massive set-peice presence leading to Murray's try, tackling a plenty with 10 to his name.
