Watch as Jason Robinson meets members of the Sale Sharks Hitz programme, which aims to tackle social frustrations and problems facing young people today.
The former dual code international and 2003 Rugby World Cup winner with England says he relates to the youngsters involved, having himself grown up in a tough background.
"I've gone on to do wonderful things through rugby - and I just see similarities in these young lads and think 'I was there'," he said.
"It's not to say that these guys, through the Hitz programme, will become a World Cup winner but what we want is to inspire them to do their best and be their best."
Robinson joined members of the programme and took an exclusive tour of the Land Rover production line in Halewood, adding:
"Its been fantastic getting the chance to let the Jaguar Land Rover employees know how important the Hitz programme is; it’s an award winning initiative and having some of the young people involved in the scheme attend has been great.
"The Hitz programme is close to my heart; I have been through the challenges these youngsters face, so through Land Rover and Hitz support they are going to get the support they need, when they need it."
