Rugby Expo will once again take place at the home of Wasps' Ricoh Arena on April 18th and a grassroots-focused conference programme has been confirmed for the 2018 event.

Delivered in partnership with the Rugby Football Union, the community rugby event will feature representation from the Scottish Rugby Union, Welsh Rugby Union and Rugby Football League and it will be free to attend for anyone connected with an affiliated community club from those rugby bodies.

Attendees will also receive two free tickets to Wasps’ final home game of the season vs Northampton Saints.

The event will run alongside a busy exhibition floor and will combine practical sessions with main stage panel discussions and open Q&A sessions to address, discuss and debate many of the key issues impacting community rugby.

There will also be interactive sessions which will include England U18s Performance Manager John Fletcher and U18s International Performance Coach Peter Walton, who will discuss a positive mind-set approach that is helping to shape England's next generation. Also there will be a session about XRugby, an exciting new format of the game that is about to be launched in England.

Added to this, there will be a focused women’s rugby panel that will centre on getting females playing more often. This panel will include former England International and captain Catherine Spencer.

There will be a Q&A with officials from the RFU as well as a presentation about their Active Injury Prevention Exercise Programme and an interactive coaching session led by former player and current coach Dan Cottrell.

The first 400 registrations will be able to attend for free so if you want that offer click here.
