Scotland will miss the services of Glasgow Warriors trio Fraser Brown, George Horne and Alex Allan for the upcoming Six Nations tournament following injuries.

Brown suffered a neck injury while playing for Scotland during the Autumn Nations Cup game against Ireland while Horne sustained a foot injury.

Meanwhile, Allan had an Achilles injury while playing in the Pro14 game against Dragons and has undergone surgery.

A statement released by Glasgow provide an update on all the three players.

"Club co-captain Fraser Brown is expected to be out of action for at least three months as the hooker recovers from a neck injury," read the statement.

"George Horne is to undergo surgery on a foot injury in the coming weeks and is expected to be on the sideline for 12 weeks.

" Alex Allan has successfully undergone surgery at BMI Ross Hall Hospital on an Achilles injury sustained while playing against Dragons in early December. The prop is expected to be unavailable for the remainder of the season."

Scotland will begin the 2021 Six Nations campaign with a clash against England at Twickenham Stadium on 6th February.
