England coach Eddie Jones along with attack coach Simon Amor will be isolating themselves after forwards coach Matt Proudfoot tested positive for Covid-19.

Both Jones and Armor are identified as close contacts to Proudfoot and will remain in isolation for 10 days in accordance to the guidelines. The duo will miss the start of England's training camp are set to join the squad next Thursday if they test negative for coronavirus.

A statement released by the Rugby Football Union revealed Proudfoot is asymptomatic.

Earlier, England also announced that assistant coach Jason Ryles will miss the Six Nations campaign after failing to relocate from Australia to London due to the lockdown regulations.

Jones is set to announce the squad for the Six Nations on Friday with the players assembling in a training camp at t St. George’s Park on Wednesday 27th January.

England will kick-start their Six Nations campaign with a clash against Scotland on 6th February at Twickenham Stadium.
