England need to give George Ford a start in the Six Nations, says Dewi Morris.

England’s autumn international series certainly had its positives and negatives as they finished the campaign with two wins and two defeats. They ended on a high with back to back wins against Samoa and Australia, but those wins don’t paper over the cracks that were opened up when they lost to New Zealand and South Africa.

England looked short of attacking idea against the All Blacks and the Springboks, but showed against Australia that their pack is certainly affective.

In terms of the backs, fly-half George Ford made a good impression on Stuart Lancaster’s side and was at the heart of most of what England created and Morris believes Ford needs to get game time during this upcoming Six Nations tournament.

England take on Wales in Cardiff in the first match of this seasons Six Nations on February 6th 2015 before hosting Italy, travelling to Ireland and ending with Scotland and France visiting Twickenham.
