Argentina ring the changes for second round clash against South Africa

Argentina head coach Mario Ledesma has made sweeping changes for the second round of the Rugby Championship against South Africa to be played in Port Elizabeth on Saturday.

Santiago Carreras moves to left wing with Juan Cruz Mallía named at fullback. Ignacio Mendy will make his debut for the Pumas and starts at right wing.

Santiago Chocobares and Jeronimo de la Fuente have retained their midfield partnership while Nicolas Sanchez and Domingo Miotti have swapped places with the former taking the kicking responsibility forming halfback partnership with Gonzalo Bertranou.

The front-row sees no change while Tomás Lavanini and Matías Alemanno are at second row and Rodrigo Bruni, Guido Petti and Pablo Matera are slotted at back row. Lucio Cinti could make his debut for Argentina when he comes off the bench.
