Michael Cheika announces 33-man World Cup squad of Argentina

Argentina head coach Michael Cheika has named a 33-man squad for the upcoming Rugby World Cup campaign to be played in France.

The squad captained by Julian Montoya will see Nicolás Sánchez and Agustín Creevy making their fourth Rugby World Cup appearance.

Fullback Martin Bogado, who made his Test debut against South Africa last weekend has been included while Nahuel Tetaz Chaparro, Julián Montoya, Matías Alemanno, Tomás Lavanini, Guido Petti, Pablo Matera, Tomás Cubelli, Jerónimo de la Fuente, Matías Moroni and Juan Imhoff are in line to play their third World Cup campaign.

Argentina are grouped in Pool D alongside England, Japan, Samoa and Chile. They will kick-start their campaign against Steve Borthwick's men on 9th September in Marseille.
