Italy head coach Conor O'Shea has made two changes to the starting line-up ahead of their upcoming Six Nations clash against Wales to be played in Rome on Saturday.

Edoardo Padovani, who was on the bench in the opening game against Scotland starts at right wing and as a result Michele Campagnaro moves to 13 with Angelo Esposito shifted to left wing.

As Tommaso Castello drops out of the matchday 23 squad, Luca Morisi makes a shift from outside centre to inside while Nicola Quaglio starts at loosehead prop replacing Andrea Lovotti, who is down with flu.
