Exeter Chiefs managed to hold off Racing 92 with a 31-27 win in the final as they clinched the Heineken Champions Cup for the first time.

A double from Simon Zebo and a try apiece from Juan Imhoff and Camille Chat kept Racing 92 in the hunt but tries from Luke Cowan-Dickie, Sam Simmonds, Henry Slade and Harry Williams along with four conversions and a penalty from Joe Simmonds proved enough as they went on to win a nervy encounter despite losing Tomas Francis to yellow-card in the final 10 minutes.
