London Irish head coach Tom Coventry has made five changes to the side ahead of the Aviva Premiership visit of Bath to the Madejski Stadium.

Leo Halavatau comes in to the front row alongside David Paice and Tom Smallbone, George Skivington and Matt Symons pair up again in the second row and the back row comprises Tom Guest, David Sisi and Rob McCusker.

Brendan McKibbin and Shane Geraghty form a new half-back combination with Fergus Mulchrone and Tom Fowlie playing in the centres for the second game in a row.

Alex Lewington and Aseli Tikiorotuma are on the wings and Topsy Ojo at full-back.

On the bench, Dom Waldouck has recovered from injury and joins Gerard Ellis, Tom Court, Halani Aulika, Eoin Sheriff, Luke Narraway, Scott Steele and Chris Noakes.

Explaining the changes, Coventry said: "We made significant strides last week in our performance against Saracens and it is important we build on that progress against Bath tomorrow afternoon.

"We have made changes for this week and those that have come in to the squad are there on merit.

"We look forward to playing at home again, and putting on a good display in front of our supporters."
