Exeter Chiefs' Michele Campagnaro to start for Italy against England

Italy head coach Conor O'Shea has made four changes to the starting line-up for the upcoming Six Nations clash against England at Twickenham next weekend.

Exeter centre Michele Campagnaro has been handed a start replacing Tommaso Benvenuti, who now moves to the bench which also has fly-half Carlo Canna after Tommaso Allan being preferred at number 10.

Giulio Bisegni and Abraham Steyn also make a return to the XV replacing Angelo Esposito and Maxime Mbanda at right wing and back-row. Esposito fails to find a place in matchday 23 while Mbanda joins the reserve.

Michele Rizzo also finds the place on the bench after Dario Chistolini was declared unfit for the game against England.

Italy will be heading into the game after suffering a massive 63-10 defeat to Ireland and now will lock horns with England, who are currently on a 16 match winning streak
