Sale Sharks number eight Josh Beaumont and Gloucester flanker Matt Kvesic have been retained as part of England's training squad ahead of their visit to Italy on Sunday.

Kvesic and Beaumont were included in Eddie Jones' initial 33-man squad although both were released back to their respective clubs before England's opening tilt against Scotland, which was won 15-9 at Murrayfield.

And both Kvesic's and Beaumont's strong domestic showings this weekend in their sides' respective victories over Bath and Leicester has seen the pair rewarded with the opportunity to impress in camp before England head to Rome later this week.
