Chris Ashton's hat-trick tries and Alex Goode's performance in the first-half ensured Saracens defeated Worcester Warriors by 43-19 in their final Premiership game of the regular season at Sixways.

Despite, Worcester built the pressure on Saracens by scoring two tries inside 18 minutes, Goode played a significant role and was involved in three tries scored by Mark McCall's men in the first-half.

Tries from Nigel de Kock and Samuela Vunisa along with a dual strike by Ashton ensured Saracens scored 29-14 at the end of 40 minutes.

Even though Goode was rested early into the second half, Worcester looked out of sorts as Ashton scored his third try in the 50th minute.

It was not long before the fifth try came for Saracens in the form of Ben Ransom as they completed a 43-19 victory over Worcester after surviving the early scare.

The win has also ensured a top of the table finish for Saracens and now they will lock horns with Leicester in the semi-final on 21st May.

Widely regarded as the most competitive rugby union league in the world...it can only be the Gallagher Premiership.
