France will miss the services of flanker Yacouba Camara in the upcoming autumn internationals following an ankle injury.

The 23-year-old sustained the blow while playing for his club Montpellier in the recently concluded European Champions Cup encounter against Exeter Chiefs at Altrad Stadium on Sunday.

Camara confirmed that he will be needing six to eight weeks of rehabilitation period.

"Ruptured ankle ligament 6 to 8 weeks out," he tweeted on Monday morning.

Camara has become the second French player to miss the November Tests after fly-half Camille Lopez, who also sustained a serious ankle injury has been sidelined for several months.

France will face New Zealand, South Africa and Japan in their autumn international fixtures that kicks-off on 11th November.
