French giants Toulon have signed Parramatta Eels wing Semi Radradra on a two-year deal which begins next season.

According to Newscorp Australia, the Top 14 club has offered the 24-year-old $1 million a season, which was beyond the reach of Parramatta Eels.

Parramatta chief executive Bernie Gurr confirmed the news on Radradra and further revealed that he will be be able to join Toulon from November this year.

"As advised previously to Semi and his manager, Semi will fulfil his 2017 playing contract with the Parramatta Eels as the club will not release Semi from his 2017 obligations to our club; accordingly, the earliest Semi could commence at Toulon is early November 2017," Gurr said.

"In early December 2016 the Parramatta Eels indicated our wish to keep Semi at our club by making a very attractive offer to Semi for the 2017 (upgrade of existing contract), 2018 and 2019 NRL seasons.

"The offer from Toulon was substantially higher than our Club's offer."

During his stint in rugby league, Radradra has also represented Australian and Fiji national teams and has also featured for Fiji sevens and Fiji Under-20 teams.
