The 17th week of the ongoing Super Rugby season saw Jaguares stretch their winning streak to seven games while Blues and Sunwolves had rare victories as the battle for play-off heats up.

Brumbies and Waratahs were the teams from Australian Conference to taste victories last weekend while Sharks and Bulls also emerged victorious.

Player of the Week:

Sunwolves centre Michael Little has been named SANZAAR Player of the Week for his performance against Bulls at Singapore National Stadium last weekend. Apart from his 65th-minute try, Little also played a pivotal role in a try assist and thereby becoming one of the five players in the week to score and assist a try.

Hurricanes scrum-half TJ Perenara's try against Brumbies has been declared SANZAAR's try of the week. He intercepted a pass and dived over the line in the fourth minute of the game but unfortunately, his team had to end on the losing side.
