Stuart McInally will start for Scotland in their final tour game against Argentina on Saturday after recovering from a calf strain.

The tour captain was absent for their opening win over Canada and the defeat by United States last week.

Edinburgh’s hooker is one of eight changes made by Gregor Townsend with Tim Swinson being the only forward to keep his place in the side.

He will slot back into the second-row while Allan Dell and Simon Berghan will be alongside McInally in a new look front-row with Grant Gilchrist coming in at lock.

The inclusion of Fraser Brown at open-side flanker may raise some eyebrows as Townsend has opted to deploy him there after he completed the final 30 minutes against the USA in that position.

Magnus Bradbury is on the blind-side, with David Denton rounding off the forward pack at No.8.

George Horne and Adam Hastings stay at half-back with Pete Horne and Nick Grigg named as the centres for their visit to Resistencia.

Blair Kinghorn switches from right to left wing while Stuart Hogg and Dougie Fife complete the back three.

Scotland head coach Gregor Townsend said: "This is our last Test of the tour and we're determined to finish on a high.

"With the majority of the squad involved in two Tests, we believe that we'll be in a much better position in the future, having exposed more players to Test-level rugby, for the season ahead and beyond.

"We've learned a lot on this tour about this group of players. Now we have to use that learning to put in a very good performance to beat Argentina on their home patch.

"We're looking forward to a passionate atmosphere in a football stadium with the crowd very close to the pitch."
