Saracens prop Juan Figallo and centre Duncan Taylor are set to be sidelined for a lengthy period following their respective injuries.

Scotland international Taylor is suffering from an anterior cruciate ligament injury and is expected to undergo a considerable time on the sidelines with the Sarries confirming that he will consult a specialist to assess the extent of damage.

Meanwhile, Argentina international Figallo injured his posterior cruciate ligament during the Gallagher Premiership opener against Newcastle Falcons at Kingston Park last weekend where he played 15 minutes in the second half of the game that his club went on to win 21-32.

Earlier, in May both Figallo and Taylor signed new deals to remain with the Allianz Park outfit until 2021.

Saracens are currently positioned third in the Gallagher Premiership table and are scheduled to take on Bristol Rugby next on 8th September at Allianz Park.
