Australia head coach Michael Cheika has named three uncapped players in the squad for the third Bledisloe Cup clash against New Zealand to be played in Japan later this month.

Waratahs' Jed Holloway has made it to the squad for the first time following an impressive Super Rugby season while his club team-mate Jake Gordon also has been called-up.

Melbourne Rebels flanker Angus Cottrell is the other uncapped player as Australia look to win their first game against New Zealand this year after already conceding the Bledisloe Cup with defeats in the Rugby Championship.

Meanwhile, Queensland Reds centre Samu Kerevi has recovered from a bicep injury that forced him to miss the entire Rugby Championship while Tom Banks and Rory Arnold also will join the squad after they were released from the National Rugby Championship duty for Canberra Vikings.

Meanwhile, Sekope Kepu is set to go into the record books as the game against New Zealand in Yokohama next Saturday will see him become the first Wallabies prop to feature in 100 Tests.

Following the game against New Zealand, Australia will face Wales, Italy and England in their European tour.
