Watson moves South:

Just incase you thought Wasps needed any more zip to their backline, they have been linked to Newcastle flyer Marcus Watson.

Brother of Anthony, Marcus is in fine form at Newcastle and is being persued by the Aviva Premiership leaders.

Hill to Sale:

Paul Hill has had a sharp rise to the top tier of rugby, but below Kieran Brookes in the pecking order at Saints has meant there has been limited game-time for him.

If he has future ambitions of England, he needs and most prabably wants to get some first team rugby, Sale is a likely move for the tighthead.

Quins for Woodward:

Bristol's Kiwi import Jason Woodward has been a real hit with the Premiership's newbies so far this season.

From the Hurricanes in Super Rugby, Woodward is unlikely to stay with the side through a relegation...so his move to Harlequins would be a beneficial one.

Edwards shuffle:

Another player struggling for some first-team action is Sale Sharks' Nev Edwards, the winger has fallen foul of Steve Diamond's plans so far this season.

Edwards exploded on the scene in the 15/16 season and has since slipped into recessess of their Carrington training ground, linked with Worcester and Bristol.
