Rugby Rumours: Lancaster's Saints, Slade in Bath, Leigh leaves France and Goosen wants out

Lancaster's Saints:

Former England head coach Stuart Lancaster has been linked with a move to midlands side, Northampton Saints.

Jim Mallinder currently has the reigns at Franklin's Gardens, but we expect this appointment to be sooner rather than later.

Slade in Bath:

With George Ford more than likely going to Sale, Bath will be needing a replacement.

Henry Slade is tussling with some talented youngsters in the backline at Exeter, and now is a good a time as any to get some appearances at the Rec.

Leigh leaves France:

His contract at Toulon expires in the Summer and once again there is plenty of attention his way back in the UK.

Cardiff Blues, Ospreys and Scarlets have/will all no doubt be expressing an interest, but with his dual contract (if signed in Wales) comes in a hefty wage drop...

Goosen wants out:

Racing 92 and Springbok fly-half come full-back Johan Goosen has been reported saying he wants to 'leave' the Top 14 side.

Returning to South Africa or the potential of Toulon would cost either party as he is still in his current Racing contract.
