Rob Evans signs new deal with Scarlets

Rob Evans has committed his future to Scarlets

Wales international Rob Evans has penned a new deal with Pro 12 club Scarlets.

The 24-year-old joined the Welsh regional side in 2013 and has made over 65 appearances for the club. Evans made his Wales debut in 2015 and has featured in 17 Tests so far, with his last appearance coming in the recently concluded Six Nations clash against France.

Delighted with extending his stay with Scarlets, Evans is looking forward to help the club achieve their goal.

"I am really pleased to have signed a new deal with the Scarlets. The boys did well whilst we've been away in camp keeping us in the race for the PRO12 top four and it's great to be back at Parc y Scarlets and do all I can to help us reach that goal.

"Playing for the Scarlets is a huge honour for me, there's a good feeling amongst the group as we push for silverware and I wanted to be part of that over the next few years."
