London Welsh have welcomed on board Help For Heroes as their charity partner for Sunday's Aviva Premiership clash with Harlequins.

Help For Heroes will be bucket collecting at the match aiming to raise £3,500 to buy a rugby wheelchair and you can also donate £5 by texting RUGBY to 70900.

The Help For Heroes Mobile Retail Unit will be in the London Welsh Fanzone, which opens at 12.30pm (two hours before kick-off) and will be selling H4H merchandise.

Watch out also for mascot Hero Bear, who is bound to be up to some mischief with Devil the Dragon.

Help For Heroes does outstanding work to help current and former servicemen and women, such as 28-year-old Ben Willcox.

After 11 years in the army, he was discharged with chronic arthritis and needed surgery to repair discs in his lower back.

Help For Heroes stepped in to offer Ben a place on a course to become a fully qualified Personal Trainer. Ben recently attended a training day with London Welsh and you can see his story below.
