We take a look at the top performers from this weekend's 6 Nations matches and showcase the British & Irish Lions contenders.

15 Stuart Hogg (Scotland) - Scoring once again, great on the attack, impressive performance on his record 50th cap.

14 Jack Nowell (England) - Always looking for work, powerful yet light on his feet, not scared to carry for the hard yards either.

13 Scott Williams (Wales) - Moments of genius with his footwork, offers himself in both defense and attack. Justifiably in front of Roberts

12 Owen Farrell (England) - Came into his own with Ford under so much pressure, pin-point accuracy on the pass at pace, putting Daly over in the corner.

11 Elliot Daly (England) - Daly was electric on the wing, available to attack in all situations, didn't look out of position, backed himself for the match winning try.

10 Dan Biggar (Wales) - Tackled anything that moved, took the workload off the forwards with some strong carries...and all with injured ribs!?

9 Rhys Webb (Wales) - A constant threat around the fringes, sniping keeping the ruck defenders honest. Would of liked to have seen him on for longer.

8 Ross Moriarty (Wales) - Another Welsh player who deserved more game-time, huge performance out-playing his opposite man by a margin. A nod to Josh Strauss.

7 James Haskell (England) - Off the bench he carried and tackled relentlessly. One of Eddies' 'finishers' but played his way in to a starting jersey, surely?

6 CJ Stander (Ireland) - The Italians' struggle wasn't helped by this brute, hat-trick hero with 22 hard carries to his name.

5 Courtney Lawes (England) - Just edges out AWJ. Producing some fine moments, described as the 'Human Ice Pick' forever chipping away at Wales.

4 Joe Launchbury (England) - Bulldozing shift. Tireless in both defense and attack, 23 tackles, 18 carries! Rewarded with a deserved MOTM. STAR MAN

3 Dan Cole (England) - The tough English tighthead veteran stood up on a day when he was needed. Battled against a Welsh pack looking to get a foothold.

FRASER BROWN: An impressive defensive display, making 15 tackles to help halt a physical French attack on several occasions. - See more at: http://www.talkingrugbyunion.co.uk/france-v-scotland-player-rankings/17422.htm#sthash.JYYrwR6s.dpuf

2 Fraser Brown (Scotland) - A huge defensive display, making 15 tackles to help halt a physical French attack on several occasions. Also, Jamie George once again took his opportunity.

1 Rob Evans (Wales) - Very effective with ball in hand, a foreceful presence in the loose. Held his own in the scrum.
