We take a look at the player rankings of Ireland v Canada game after Joe Schmidt's men completed a 52-21 win at Lansdowne Road on Sunday.

CRAIG GILROY: Good kick and chase were features of a solid display. 6

GARRY RINGROSE: The debutant's raid in midfield helped Ireland to turn the screw in the second half and a loopy run created Ireland's seventh try. 7

LUKE MARSHALL: Finished Ireland's second try but his hanging pass was intercepted by DTH van der Merwe for Canada's first score. 6

KEITH EARLS: Scored Ireland's first try, showed nifty footwork to create the second and was solid under the high ball. 7

PADDY JACKSON: His looping pass found Marshall for Ireland's second touchdown and the fly-half's break led to the penalty try. Converted six of the eight tries. 7

KIERAN MARMION: Broke down the blindside to set up Ireland's first try and scored the sixth after Ireland's scrum rolled over the line. 7

CIAN HEALY: Strong carrying. Indeed he was Ireland's leading first-half ball carrier. His drive at a scrum early in the second period resulted in another scrum and a penalty try. 8

SEAN CRONIN: Frequently got over the gain line in an assured performance. 7

FINLAY BEALHAM: Stood out with big tackles before offloading to Connacht team-mate O'Halloran for his try. 7

ULTAN DILLANE: Made an important midfield tackle and a good break before barging over for Ireland's fifth try in a commanding display from the man of the match. 9

BILLY HOLLAND: Harshly penalised for a 'neck grab' during an otherwise outstanding debut. 8

PETER O'MAHONY: The skipper was effective at the ruck, with one notable poach, as he and O'Brien made strong cases for inclusion against New Zealand next week. 8

SEAN O'BRIEN: Carried well, including a barnstorming run from outside the Irish 22, and produced a lovely one-handed offload but later knocked on with tryline in sight and conceded a two sloppy penalties for hands in the ruck. 7

JACK O'DONOGHUE: A solid if unspectacular debut from the number eight. 6

James Tracy rounded off the try-scoring with Ireland's eighth touchdown as Joe Schmidt made significant use of his bench with with this Test coming between clashes with the All Blacks.
