Injury sidelines England duo from Argentina tour

Rugby Football Union has confirmed that Tommy Taylor and Nick Schonert will miss England's upcoming tour of Argentina due to injuries.

Wasps hooker Taylor suffered a knee ligament damage during a training session leaving him with the solitary appearance for the red rose team that came in May 2016. Worcester's Schonert sustained a fresh hand injury after recently recovered from a hand operation.

Worcester Warriors' Jack Singleton has been named as the replacement for Taylor while Bristol's Jamal Ford-Robinson has been called up in the place of Schonert.

Both the players were part of the training camps in Brighton and Pennyhill Park and were also involved in the game against Barbarians.

England are scheduled to play two Tests against the Pumas on 10th and 17th June in San Juan and Santa Fe respectively.
