London Irish have confirmed centre Fergus Mulchrone in the line-up for the final round of Aviva Premiership clash against Bath Rugby at Recreation Ground on Saturday.

Mulchrone is one of the six changes made as the Exiles look to finish the campaign with a win on what will be their final game in the top tier with Bristol replacing them next season.

England Under-20 international Ben Loader makes his Premiership debut after impressing in the European competition while Scott Steele takes his place at scrum-half. Harry Elrington and Dave Porecki comprise the front-row as Ben Franks and David Paice find themselves among the replacements.

“We are already planning to return to the Aviva Premiership as soon as possible, and that starts with our performance against Bath,” said London Irish technical consultant Declan Kidney.

“It will be our last Premiership match for at least 16 months, so we are working hard to give our loyal supporters a good memory.”
