England Sevens head coach Simon Amor has made three changes to the squad for the upcoming Singapore leg of the Men's HSBC World Rugby Sevens Series to be played on the 28th and 29th April.

Ethan Waddleton misses out following a foot injury and university commitments for Harry Glover meant Charlie Hayter and Charlton Kerr come into the squad along with Ryan Olowofela, who will be the 13th member in the squad.

Hayter was already present as the 13th member in the England squad that clinched the bronze medal at the Gold Coast Commonwealth Games while Kerr will make his second tournament appearance in this season of Word Sevens Series following recovery from an injury.

England Sevens head coach Amor believes the performance in the Commonwealth Wealth Games will keep the team in good stead especially with the Sevens World Cup around the corner.

“We have worked hard to develop our game over the last few months and we are pleased with that progress up to the Commonwealth Games.

"It was disappointing to lose out to New Zealand in the semi-final but we were delighted to get the bronze medal and that gives us good confidence going forward into Singapore and for the rest of the season as we build towards the World Cup".

England are grouped along with Kenya, USA and France in Pool B.
