Dragons have confirmed that hooker Elliot Dee has signed a long-term deal with the Pro 14 club.

The former Under 20 international made his professional rugby debut with the Dragons in 2013 and has scored five tries from six games in this season of Pro 14 which had helped him earn a spot in Wales' autumn international squad.

Dee expressed his delight to remain with the club and is hopeful of establishing himself.

"I have always wanted to be a Dragon, since coming down to Rodney Parade to watch the likes of Rob Sidoli and Tom Willis play.

"I am from Gwent and I wouldn't have wanted to sign anywhere else."

Dragons are positioned sixth in Conference B with two wins from seven games this season.
