Edinburgh have confirmed that prop Allan Dell and lock Anton Bresler have signed new contracts with the Pro 12 club.
Scotland international Dell was called-up to the Lions squad last week and made his debut for the team during the tour game against Chiefs last Tuesday. The 25-year-old former South Africa U20 joined Edinburgh in 2014 after being part of Sharks in the Currie Cup.
Overall, he has featured 10 times for Scotland after making his debut in 2016.
Like Dell, Bresler joined Edinburgh in 2014 and was part of the Super Rugby side Sharks prior to that.
Incoming head coach Richard Cockerill is pleased with the duo extending their stay at Edinburgh.
"I've been impressed with Allan's performances for Scotland on their summer tour and it was pleasing to see him make an impact when he appeared for the Lions off the bench against the Chiefs.
"Anton is a physical player and has been a key player for Edinburgh in recent seasons.
"Both Allan and Anton are experienced professionals, so I'm looking for both of them to really push our young players on and help set the standard for Edinburgh going forward."
